Bachoy ala Culasi, Antique

Last February 2017, we went to Culasi, Antique and found this Paya-Pang Bachoyan. “Paya” means “Bao” and “Pang” is a term of endearment.


Now you want to know the reason behind the name of the place? Let me serve you, I mean show you (drum rolls).


Yes! You can see a “BAO” or “PAYA”. They used “Bao” as a way of serving the their version of bachoy. Unique, right?

Paya-Payang serves Chicken and Beef Bachoy for a very affordable price of, 80PHP. With 2pcs pandesal and a lemon drink for each order of Bachoy.
